1. Find and select the attire that you want to order. Select the stitching option if you want a stitched garment.
2. Click on ‘Add to cart’ to add the selected garment(s) to your shopping cart.
3. On the cart page, double-check the quantity and price of the items ordered. Enter any extra instruction if required in the ‘ADD A NOTE TO YOUR ORDER’ box.
4. Click on check out to proceed with the billing process.
5. Add your contact, billing and shipping details. Don’t forget to add your discount coupons if you have any.
6. Select the preferred payment method. We have multiple secure payment gateways. Once the payment goes through, that means you have successfully placed the order. Review your order details on the final screen. You can also check your order details in your email once you receive the confirmation email.

No, it is not compulsory for you to make an account to shop with us. Although, having an account with us makes you privy to faster checkout and better offers. Additionally, having a Empress account allows you to check real-time status of your order and earn loyalty points on every order.

The time required to process and get the product ready for dispatch differs from product to product. All ready to ship products will be dispatched within 1-2 working days. Orders containing multiple products will be dispatched together once all the products are ready to be dispatched. You will receive your order within 7-8 working days (International: 10-15 working days) once it is dispatched.

NO RETURN REFUND policy due to the nature of the business we carry. Only in case of damaged product or wrong product, we would consider return and refund.

We understand that you are concerned about your newly purchased Indian ethnic wear. Thus, we are very careful about it and thus, we only partner with the most reputed logistics and carriers such as FedEx, DHL, Aramex, Delhivery etc. Once we dispatch your order via one of these couriers, you will receive an email with the tracking details so that you can keep a tab on the delivery status of your order.

You can easily check the status of your order by logging in to your Empress account and click on My Account section. From here you will be able to view your order history and status of each order.

Yes, we do offer coupons and special deals for our customers. You may sign up for our newsletter to view these special deals from time to time.

No, only one coupon code is applicable per order. 

We would recommend dry cleaning all embellished outfits. Outfits of cotton/digital print should only be washed in cold water.
