Sometimes the accessories like buttons, jewelry, tassels, hangings, frills & embroidery patches shown in the photo does not come with the dress packaging we receive from the brand manufacturer.
3. Deep front and back necklines shown in the model image are stitched as per standard modest depth.
5. The color shades of the dress can also be slightly different because during the photo shoots they use heavy lighting that makes it look different. This may depend on Color schemes of Your mobile\laptop or tablet, photoshoot lighting etc.

Will I have to pay customs fees?
Custom duties, VAT, and import charges (if applicable) must be paid by the customer as per their country’s regulations.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
- All sales are final. We do not accept returns for change of mind or sizing issues.
- Exchanges are allowed only if you receive an incorrect product or a completely defective item.
- You must report any issue within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos.
- Resolution process: Exchange first → Store Credit → Refund (rare, at our discretion).
- Non-returnable: Stitched products, including readymade sizes and custom-size orders.
- Return shipping cost: If a return or exchange is approved, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
- Color variations due to photography or screen settings are not considered a defect.
