Will I have to pay customs fees?

Custom duties, VAT, and import charges (if applicable) must be paid by the customer as per their country’s regulations.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

All sales are final. We do not accept returns for change of mind or sizing issues.
Exchanges are allowed only if you receive an incorrect product or a completely defective item.
You must report any issue within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos.
Resolution process: Exchange first → Store Credit → Refund (rare, at our discretion).
Non-returnable: Stitched products, including readymade sizes and custom-size orders.
Return shipping cost: If a return or exchange is approved, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
Color variations due to photography or screen settings are not considered a defect.
