1. Extra Tassels Hangings, frills, buttons if not mentioned as content of the Package are not Part of Package and are for display Purpose Only, which the Model displays in their Outfit. You can style Your unstitched Suits like the Models or Stitch it according to the Content Given with the Products. All Pakistani Brands Showcase the Best possible way You can stitch Your Outfits.

2. We at Empress, try to make your dress as closer as possible to the model picture. We guarantee 100% original branded dress however there can a slight difference between your stitched outfit and the model picture because:

Sometimes the accessories like buttons, jewelry, tassels, hangings, frills & embroidery patches shown in the photo does not come with the dress packaging we receive from the brand manufacturer.

3. Deep front and back necklines shown in the model image are stitched as per standard modest depth. 

5. The color shades of the dress can also be slightly different because during the photo shoots they use heavy lighting that makes it look different. This may depend on Color schemes of Your mobile\laptop or tablet, photoshoot lighting etc.

First Wash - Dry Clean Only

All semi stitched / Unstitched products will be shipped within 2-3 working days. Customized tailoring products will be shipped within 6-7 working days.

For some reasons, we might face delay in shipping due to stock availability, tailoring issues or due to Covid related restrictions on shipping. If so we will give regular updates via e-mail.
