Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
- All sales are final. We do not accept returns for change of mind or sizing issues.
- Exchanges are allowed only if you receive an incorrect product or a completely defective item.
- You must report any issue within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos.
- Resolution process: Exchange first → Store Credit → Refund (rare, at our discretion).
- Non-returnable: Stitched products, including readymade sizes and custom-size orders.
- Return shipping cost: If a return or exchange is approved, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
- Color variations due to photography or screen settings are not considered a defect.

Pakistani Suits Disclaimer:
- We provide 100% original branded Pakistani suits, but slight differences from model photos may occur.
- Accessories (tassels, hangings, frills, buttons, embroidery patches) shown in images may not always be included; these are for display purposes only.
- Neckline depth will be stitched to a standard modest depth, not necessarily as shown in model images.
- Color shade variations due to lighting/photography are not considered defects.
- If you receive an incorrect or completely damaged Pakistani suit, you are eligible for a return or exchange (minor damages will be repaired or exchanged by customer only).
- Quality concerns: Empress Clothing is a reseller of original branded dresses and does not manufacture them. Dissatisfaction with fabric, finishing, or quality is not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
