Domestic Shipping (India)

  • Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders within India.
  • Orders are shipped using trusted partners like DTDC, Delhivery, BlueDart, Shree Tirupati Courier, and others.

International Shipping

  • Flat Rate: USD $20 for most countries (some exceptions apply).
  • Free International Shipping: Orders over USD $249 qualify for free shipping (exceptions apply).
  • International orders are shipped via reliable carriers like FedEx, UPS, DHL, Aramex, etc.

Customs Duties & Taxes

Please note that VAT, customs taxes, and import duties are not included in our shipping cost. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and depend on the rules of your country. Empress Clothing has no control over these charges and cannot predict the amount.

Estimated Shipping Time

  • Unstitched / Semi-Stitched / Free Size: Dispatch within 1–3 working days.
  • Readymade Size & Custom Size Orders: Dispatch within 3–5 working days (Pakistani dresses may take an extra 2–3 days).
